What Our Customers Say

  • Vasana de Mel ★★★★★ 4 weeks ago
Great staff, nice piano showroom, and recital rental space.
  • Susan Olenwine ★★★★★ a month ago
I have nothing but praise for Bob Baker and Classic Pianos. Bob's lifetime experience in the piano business is invaluable, and his knowledge is extensive. I am a professional pianist and purchased a grand from Classic and traded it … More in later for a perfect one-of-a-kind Steinway. The trade-in policy that is advertised was honored to the decimal point and the follow up after purchase was seamless. It was clear that Bob understood my needs and helped me find the best piano. It is great to find a company that values its customers. The professionalism and integrity cannot be matched.
  • Michele McBride ★★★★★ a month ago
    Love this place and Bob!
We bought our piano during Covid and we still love it. It is played by us and the neighbors when they visit. We went to a bunch of piano places and even wanted a Steinway. But when we got to Classic pianos to check
… More them out, Bob was so welcoming and friendly. He lets us test out many of the pianos and even the roped-off Bosendorfer!!!!!! When we checked finances, their company let me know what price range they would approve, instead of outright turning us down. This helped a ton in making the final decision because I knew exactly what downpayment I needed and the monthly cost.
This piano is so beautiful and the sound is amazing. Go to Classic Pianos if you want to be treated well.
  • Chad Smith ★★★★★ 4 months ago
Friendly staff and good selection of new and used pianos. Forrest was very helpful and knowledgeable. Delivery was fast and easy.
  • Halley Berry ★★★★★ 6 months ago
I had a great experience with Forrest while shopping for a piano. He was very easy going, knowledgable, and eager to help find the piano I was looking for. He sent a very thorough and detailed e-mail right after my in-store visit with more … More information about the pianos I was considering. Overall, a great customer service experience!
  • Adam Coles ★★★★ 7 months ago
UPDATE: I had left a review based solely on communication and received a call very quickly from Alex, who apologized and explained the problems with my calls and emails. I appreciate the rapid response and next time I'm in town will … More be sure to schedule an appointment.
Original review: I would be open to changing this review in the future, because this is only based on communication not pianos or sales. I recently was in the Denver area and called and emailed Classic Pianos to see about scheduling a time to come see a few pianos in the showroom. I received no calls or response to my outreach. Perhaps they were out of town or weren't interested in my business, it's difficult to say.
  • Nich Spera ★★★★★ 10 months ago
Amy Richard's was amazing to work with! This was an anniversary present for my wife. She made the process smooth and easy. She even threw in a book my wife found! We will be return customers.
  • Gayle Leali ★★★★★ a year ago
I was there for my students recitals and the piano and atmosphere was wonderful!
  • William Threlfall ★★★★★ a year ago
I've done business with firms, large and small, for more than 60 years. I have yet to find a more satisfying experience than the one I've just had with Classic Pianos. It's rare to be able to say everything was perfect. In … More this case it was! Being treated in a genuinely friendly manner by Bob and Amy was only the start of my experience. Not being certain of what I wanted, or needed, was met with calm, professional advice. My only regret is that purchasing a piano is not a frequent occurrence but I'll look for further opportunities to engage with Classic Pianos. I can't image any better source.
