Kranich & Bach is another of the many piano companies that started in New York in the late 19^th Century, thriving during the heyday of American piano consumption in the early 20^th Century.  Like many of their competitors they faded and were eventually taken over by other manufacturers who continued to use the familiar brand names on their own pianos.

Starting in 1995, Baldwin owned the name and had these C series grands built by Samick in S. Korea.  The pianos coming out of the Samick factory at that time were well-made and were very good values.

This 5’ 1” C156 is in great shape and will be perfect for someone on a limited budget desiring a reliable preowned baby grand that will play well and look great in their space.
